Last 2 weeks of Foundation Term

and yes, once again, im moving on to another phase in army life. SCS Foundation term, better known as BSLC is coming to an end already. Havent blogged in a couple of weeks, due to the hectic past weeks of live firing and field camp, coupled with much navigation exercises.

cant talk in detail about them online, but yeah it definitely can last a pretty long time for a conversation.

anyway thursday is the interview for RECCE HQ.
i have no idea how i managed to be the only guy in the entire company to get selected for recce.

went to google around for recce training and this is what i found on google:

Criteria: Highest security clearance/ Non-malay (thats what they said) / A Levels

High key Events:
1) Fast march 50km
2) Swim in the Sea with FBO (20kg+ weights)
3) Go for some Prisoner of War treatment
4) Learn to ride motorbike with Stunts
5) Lots of field camp and 72km marches within 24 hours



Only slack thing: No need wear helmet. Wear Grass hat.

anyway i walked past recce troopers today, looked damn xiong. Some guy carrying 2 matadors and sprinting.
and i researched and found that got people die during SG recce training before.
